These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Light Touch Laser Spa website and your purchase and use of treatments, treatment packages, consultations, and related services.
1. Website Use
You may use this website for lawful, personal purposes, including reviewing services, purchasing treatment packages, and accessing appointment and business information.
You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use its content for unlawful or commercial purposes without written permission.
2. Treatment Information and Medical Suitability
Information on this website is provided for general informational purposes and is not a substitute for a professional consultation or medical advice.
Treatment eligibility and recommendations may depend on factors including skin type, hair type, medical history, medications, recent sun exposure, and other safety considerations.
Light Touch Laser Spa may decline, postpone, modify, or discontinue treatment when necessary for safety or professional reasons.
3. Online Treatment-Package Purchases
Treatment packages purchased through the website apply only to the service and package selected at checkout.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the selected treatment area, number of sessions, price, taxes, fees, and applicable policies before completing payment.
Treatment packages do not expire.
Light Touch Laser Spa reserves the right to modify services, treatment packages, pricing, promotions, and offers at any time without prior notice.
Changes in pricing apply only to future purchases. Completed purchases remain at the price paid at checkout.
4. Payment Authorization
By submitting payment information, you authorize Light Touch Laser Spa and its payment processor to charge the total amount shown at checkout.
You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the billing information submitted is accurate.
5. Appointment Scheduling, Cancellations, and Missed Sessions
Purchasing a treatment package does not automatically reserve an appointment. Appointments must be scheduled separately through the approved booking process.
Customers are responsible for arriving on time and following preparation instructions.
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
Package Clients: If a package holder cancels or fails to appear less than 48 hours before the appointment, the first occurrence will be waived as a one-time courtesy. For the second occurrence and every occurrence thereafter, one treatment session will be deducted from the package.
Single Session Clients: If a client purchased only a single treatment, the 50% deposit is forfeited. Another 50% deposit is required before scheduling another appointment.
Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may result in limitations on future booking privileges at the discretion of Light Touch Laser Spa.
6. Package Transfers
Treatment packages are not transferable.
7. Return and Refund Policy

All purchases of treatments and treatment packages are final and non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued after purchase except where required by applicable law.
8. Treatment Results
Individual results vary based on biological factors, treatment area, hair-growth cycles, treatment consistency, skin and hair characteristics, and compliance with care instructions.
Light Touch Laser Spa does not guarantee a specific result, percentage of reduction, or number of sessions required.
9. Rescheduling by Light Touch Laser Spa
If Light Touch Laser Spa must cancel or reschedule an appointment, the customer will be offered another appointment at no additional charge.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Light Touch Laser Spa is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from website use, scheduling delays, or failure to follow treatment instructions.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Privacy

12. Changes to These Terms
Light Touch Laser Spa may update these Terms periodically. The effective date shown above identifies the current version.
