By visiting our website, scheduling a consultation, or receiving services at our location, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. 1. Eligibility

Light Touch Laser Spa services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By using our website or booking an appointment, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law.

2. Medical Disclosure & Use of Services

Light Touch Laser Spa provides non-invasive laser and aesthetic services. Our staff are trained professionals, but we do not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment. Any information shared during consultations is for informational and planning purposes only. Clients must disclose full and accurate medical history before receiving any treatment.

We reserve the right to refuse service, discontinue treatment, or reschedule appointments at our sole discretion, particularly if we believe a service is not safe, medically appropriate, or compliant with New York State or federal law.

3. Client Responsibility

Clients are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information they provide. Failure to disclose health conditions, medications, or previous treatments may result in adverse effects and disqualification from services.

You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm Light Touch Laser Spa or its clients.

4. Consultations, Appointments & Cancellations

  • Complimentary consultations may include a patch test and skin assessment.

  • All appointments are subject to availability.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to safety, staffing, or medical concerns.

  • A valid ID may be required at the time of service.

  • Repeated no-shows or cancellations with insufficient notice may result in a permanent ban from future bookings and the application of a no-show fee at our discretion.

  • No refunds will be issued for completed services. Only deposits may be refundable, subject to written approval and cancellation timing.

5. Consent to SMS & Email Communications

By providing your phone number and/or email, you consent to receive SMS and email communications under the following conditions:

SMS Communications

  • Used for appointment reminders, service follow-ups, and important updates.

  • Marketing messages may be sent occasionally with your consent.

  • Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

  • You may opt-out by replying STOP or contact us to revoke consent.

Email Communications

  • Includes transactional emails, service confirmations, marketing content, and newsletters.

  • You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time via the unsubscribe link.

We do not sell or share your contact information. Your data is protected in compliance with the New York SHIELD Act and all applicable privacy laws.

6. Payment Terms

All service payments are due at the time of booking or upon completion of service. We accept all major credit cards. No refunds will be issued for completed treatments.

Prepaid packages must be used within their expiration period, which will be clearly outlined at the time of purchase. Missed or expired sessions are non-refundable.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Light Touch Laser Spa and its affiliates, employees, or contractors shall not be held liable for any:

  • Adverse reactions, burns, or irritation from treatments;

  • Client-provided misinformation;

  • Delays, service interruptions, or appointment unavailability;

  • Loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to personal data.

All services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Results vary per individual based on skin type, treatment adherence, and other biological factors. No guarantees are made regarding outcomes.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Light Touch Laser Spa website—including but not limited to text, graphics, images, service names, and logos—is owned by or licensed to Light Touch Laser Spa and protected by intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written authorization.

9. Privacy & Data Security

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Updates become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our website or services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes or claims shall be exclusively resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
